Le Clark Hotel - Paris

The reception staff were helpful . I appreciated having good transport links nearby. One morning, I enjoyed the breakfast spread with various options to choose from. The location was convenient for exploring. My room had a nice décor and a comfortable bed, which contributed to a restful night.

The air conditioning was not functioning well. I encountered some noise from the guests next door, which affected my comfort.

The location near Marais stood out. I could easily access the metro and explore good neighborhoods. The room had nice decor, lending a chic vibe, along with comfortable beds. Two pillow options ensured a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the hot water issue was frustrating. I had to wait 14 hours for it to be resolved. The rooms felt small and lacked a refrigerator, which would have been convenient. On top of that, some noise from protests outside made it less relaxing.

They surprised us with an in-room birthday snack for my dad, such a sweet touch. The bar area was perfect for winding down, but the shower was a bit tight for my husband who's tall. Still loved everything else about it!

I previously stayed in paris, but le clark exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and clean with a fantastic location, just a short stroll to metro stations. The staff were warm and cute.
